Feb. 6, 1994: Perry’s T.J. Huxel, top, is well on his way to a pin over Chris Miller of Grand River during their 103-pound semifinal bout at the East Suburban Conference tournament at Newbury. Huxel won in 3:05.

The old Villa Angela Academy on Nov. 30, 1972 -- the year the school moved into a new building.

Villa Angela merged with St. Joseph High School in 1990.
